Thankfully, this simple and effective challenge is just the right blend of tweaking how we approach food, movement, sleep, and stress to get you feeling awesome and living your best life.
Whether you have a fat loss goal, need to move more, or just need a challenge to help you reset your life-this is it! We tried to not leave any stone unturned; you’ll be challenged to look at how you eat, sleep, play, move, and cope with stress. The best part is that this challenge isn’t totally restrictive or overly time consuming. You’ll eat real, wholesome food with no calorie or macro counting required, and you won’t be asked to do grueling, intense workouts.
